Body's own (autologous) adult stem cells
This procedure is especially suited for the regeneration of organs and tissues in the early stages of damage. However, it should be noted that this type of treatment can be used as long as the tissue is still capable of regeneration.
The University of San Diego (Link to: stemcells.ucsd.edu/) has reported good therapeutic results with this procedure for years.
It is used for various indications, including bone augmentation and nerve and organ regeneration, as well as for normal wear. This technique is particularly ideal as anti-aging treatment.
For the dental area, we work with skin stem cells from the patient's oral mucosa. The body's own (autologous) adult stem cells are then harvested in the laboratory.
The stem cells usually reproduce without a problem during this patented lab procedure. Reproduction of the affected bone will depend on whether living bone cells are present in the bone tissue. Toxic reactions, heavy metal deposits and bacteria block cell growth. If no living bone cells are present, stem cells from the skin will be produced in the necessary amount instead, and implanted into the area of the patient's body which is in need of regeneration.
